PLEASE NOTE: Bookings currently only accepted via email. Indulge in a private one-to-one sound healing session at Sally Collins Sound, where you will receive personalised care and attention during your therapeutic experience. You have the option to visit the tranquil therapy room located in my home at Swanton Morley near Dereham, or I can bring the therapeutic experience to the comfort of your own home. Experience the healing power of sound therapy with a session tailored to your specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
​I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and plans may need to be changed. In order to ensure the best possible experience for all my clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for soundbaths and private healing sessions. ​ If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, I kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event or session. This allows me sufficient time to potentially fill the vacant slot or offer it to someone else who may be interested or on my waiting list. Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of the event or fail to attend your booking without prior notice, I will still need to charge you. This is due to the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation, as I am unable to fill the space or offer it to another client in such a short timeframe.  However, I want you to feel reassured that I prioritise the well-being and satisfaction of my valued clients. In the event that I have to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will promptly provide you with a full refund.  I genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding my cancellation policy. It allows us to maintain a high level of service and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from our offerings and maintain low prices.
